Ilde Rodriguez

Architect, entrepreneur, photographer, architectural visualizer, and real estate marketing consultant.

Throughout nearly two decades, I have had the privilege of fully dedicating myself to these fascinating disciplines, merging my passion for architecture and new technologies with the mission of selling projects in an ethical and effective way.

I have founded three companies that reflect my commitment and vision in this field: Aguirre-Berlanga, specializing in architecture and interior design; Weplan, focused on real estate marketing; and 24studio, dedicated to training in 3D software for architecture. Each of these companies is born from my conviction that good design can improve our lives and influence our personal happiness. I completely agree with Norman Foster’s quote: everything is design, and the quality of design affects the quality of our lives.

My career has given me the opportunity to collaborate with prominent developers and world-renowned architects. Among them, I am proud to mention my work alongside Norman Foster and Fernando Romero in the winning project for the new airport in Mexico City. This project was a unique international experience, competing directly with architecture giants such as Zaha Hadid, SOM, Gensler, Rogers Stirk Harbour, and Pascall Watson.

I have had the responsibility of leading major real estate marketing campaigns for large-scale projects, such as the new Santiago Bernabéu, the new Torres Colón, Centro Canalejas, the rebranding of Torre Espacio or Torre Realia, among many others. I have worked alongside the world’s largest real estate developers, including Hines, Tishman Speyer, Henderson Park, OHL, Patrizia, Abilia, Savills, and Knight Frank.

In the field of luxury residential housing, I have led and collaborated on the most distinguished projects, with the highest price per square meter in various cities in Spain. These include the Four Seasons Residences in Canalejas, Madrid; the recent Mandarin Residences currently on the market and the Hotel Edition, both in Madrid; One Larios in Malaga; Almagro Residences with Dazia Capital; Leblanc Marbella; Paseo de Gracia 30; White Crest Hill in Bermuda; Central Park in Costa Rica, and currently, the benchmark Gloria Diagonal by Conrem Tramway in Barcelona.

My experience has allowed me not only to understand trends but also to anticipate their evolution. As we move into 2024 and 2025, it is essential to understand that real estate marketing is in constant transformation, driven by technological innovation and the changing expectations of clients.

I believe in the transformative power of good design and sustainable real estate marketing at all levels.
