After enjoying art academy to the fullest, Pia Canales works as a freelance art educator at several places including the Nieuwe Instituut in Rotterdam. Creating programs for all different kind of themes, all different kind of people and always with a big bag of wonder. When she was sixteen she shined as a Blikopener at the Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam and has worked with artists such as Exactitudes and all kinds of museums ever since. As a long time citizen of the South of Rotterdam she has a deep connection with the neighbourhood and will always let you pet her dog.
