KICK-OFF
In January, the kick-off meeting of partners from Portugal, France, Norway, the Netherlands, Poland and Spain took place in Coimbra. Working in the fields of art, culture, humanities, museology, architecture, sociology and agriculture, they will propose a reframing of current understandings of food heritage.
We have three years of international cooperation around food ahead of us: projects, meetings, research, activities in urban space, museums and local farms.
