Currently, the Reconfiguring UNESCO Heritage Buildings through Food Heritage team is working on 3D reconstructions of the Monastery of Santa Cruz (Figure 1) and its refectory (Figure 2). In addition to this, they are consulting different documents and historical sources and cross-referencing information to reconstruct the environment in the refectory of the Monastery of Santa Cruz (examples Figures 3 and 4).
