Development of Prototypes

Design and development of initial prototypes that integrate architectural and design solutions to support farmers, cooperatives, and food practitioners.

Cultural Events & Interventions

Organization of cultural events combining food, arts, and humanities to influence the mindsets of food producers and consumers positively.

December 2025 – February 2026

Implementation of Organizational Models

Introduction of organizational models promoting intercultural, intergenerational, and intersectional perspectives within local populations through food-centric initiatives.

March – May 2026

Deployment of Digital Tools

Launch of digital tools aimed at reinforcing the presence of food heritage in institutions such as museums and historical sites.

June – July 2026

Evaluation & Feedback

Assessment of implemented solutions, gathering feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve ongoing initiatives.

August – October 2026

Dissemination & Scaling

Sharing of results and best practices with broader communities, exploring opportunities for scaling successful models across different regions.
