On Thursday, June 26, a group from the Norwegian CONVIVIUM team visited an exhibition at The National Museum in Oslo. The exhibition is titled New Nordic. Food, Aesthetics and Place and is based on the twenty-year-old “New Nordic Food Manifesto.”

Lofoten is represented in many ways throughout the exhibition, and one of the tasks in CONVIVIUM is specifically related to further developing a food manifesto tailored to Lofoten.
