The Lofoten landscape became the starting point for days of exchange, collaboration and discovery.

A day that combined experiencing the unique spirit of Lofoten by boat with working together on Food Heritage Dialogues will stay with us forever. It brought together research, local knowledge and new perspectives on how food heritage can be shared and experienced.

That day also included project updates, a General Assembly and insights into sustainable tourism, local food and responsible practices.
