Are you curious about what the Kick-off meeting participants are cooking with such zeal? If so, we have something special for you. Here is the CONVIVIUM Recipe Book, the result of our joint work – and our shared passion for cooking and eating. The book is a collection of recipes for all the dishes we prepared together during our stay in Coimbra in January. Green pea soup, Risotto with Codfish or Mushrooms and Dutch Apple Pie – once you try these dishes, they will definitely become a permanent part of your home menu.

However this book is not only about flavors and interesting dishes inspired by cuisines from different countries. This book reflects the team-building experience during the Kick-off meeting and serves as a testimony to the broader vision of the CONVIVIUM project: cultivating meaningful bonds through food, tradition and innovation.
