On 20 May 2025, the CONVIVIUM Coordination team participated in the Horizon Europe Cluster 2 Coordinators’ Day, organized by the European Research Executive Agency (REA) C1 unit in Brussels. Representing the entire CONVIVIUM consortium and all project partners, the team joined project coordinators funded under the HORIZON-CL2-2024-HERITAGE-01 call. The event offered valuable opportunities for networking, sharing best practices, and discussing the policy context for Horizon Europe projects in the fields of cultural heritage and the New European Bauhaus.

During the hybrid “Science for Policy” session, it was clear the impact projects such as those funded under Cluster 2 can have for an informed policy creation. CONVIVIUM was presented to all participants, with its innovative approach, key work packages, and expected impacts highlighted. The project’s contribution to European policy, cultural innovation, and clustering initiatives was emphasized in the pitching session. In the afternoon, the coordination team engaged in sessions on financial, legal, communication, open science, and ethics management—bringing new knowledge and good practices back to the full consortium.

Participation raised the project’s visibility among EU stakeholders, strengthened collaboration with other funded projects, and supported CONVIVIUM’s alignment with New European Bauhaus values of creativity, inclusion, and sustainability. FACEBOOK
