INSPIRING EXCHANGES AT THE NEW EUROPEAN BAUHAUS FESTIVAL FAIR IN BRUSSELS!

As part of the NEBULA Cluster, CONVIVIUM joined fellow Horizon Europe-funded initiatives to show how culture, heritage, co-creation and sustainability can support more inclusive and resilient futures across Europe.

Throughout the Fair, the NEBULA stand created a shared space for dialogue with policymakers, researchers, designers, public authorities, cultural actors and New European Bauhaus stakeholders. For CONVIVIUM, this was an opportunity to present the project’s vision: reconnecting food heritage and sustainable innovation through place-based experimentation.

CONVIVIUM’s contribution to the Festival reflected the project’s wider approach to acting locally while thinking globally. By bringing together research, cultural heritage, ecological knowledge, artistic practices and community engagement, the project explores how food-related traditions and everyday practices can inspire new solutions for sustainable living.

The Festival also strengthened exchanges within the NEBULA Cluster, allowing projects to share approaches, compare methods and build visibility around common challenges: cultural awareness, environmental transition, inclusive participation and the role of heritage in shaping future ways of living.

A warm thank you to our NEBULA Cluster partners for the stimulating collaboration: ALPHABETICA_eu, Art of Darkness Project, HeritACT, make-a-thek, PACESETTERS Project, PALIMPSEST EU Project, PULSE-ART project, STARTUP EU and Towched EU.
