On 2025/02/28, Workshop A was conducted as part of the Convivium project, focusing on “Interaction Strategies with Citizens for the Collaborative Construction of Family Food Heritage Definition and Co-Design of Dataset and Tool”. The workshop brought together researchers from the University of Coimbra and representatives from the Coimbra Municipality.
The primary goals of the workshop were to:
– present a scientific definition of Family Food Heritage (FFH),
– collaborate on strategies for engaging diverse citizen participants,
– establish methods for citizen training and commitment to citizen science initiatives, namely, the codesign of a dataset and a platform for the exhibition of FFH.
