On May 28, 2025, CONVIVIUM held Workshop B: co-creation of the concept of FFH with citizen scientists [28 May 2025]. This engaging session helped shape the project’s digital platform by collecting lived experiences, stories, and practices tied to food traditions. Participants shared what family food heritage means to them, reflected on how they preserve and transmit these traditions, and collaborated in defining the concept for the platform. It was a vibrant example of citizen science in action — blending memory, culture, and heritage in a shared, inclusive process.

This workshop is part of Task 7.1 and will inform future development stages of the CONVIVIUM Family Food Heritage platform. Thank you to everyone who participated and shared their stories!
